2018, Andreas Gübeli, Influence of Traf2 and Nck-interacting Kinase on Non-Small Cellular Lung Cancer Growth

Andreas was using microCT imaging data and stereological analysis to assess the tumor load in genetically engineered mice. Statistical analysis showed TNIK-wildtype mice having a slightly higher tumor load in their lung parenchyma than TNIK-knockout mice. TNIK is therefore suggested to have a promoting function on lung cancer growth.
